What are you operating and contact hours?
We are open every day 9am - 5pm for bookings but generally work 24/7 with after hours contact available for current clients.
What if I'm not there to let the cleaning person in?
That's okay! Just leave us detailed entry instructions when you schedule your appointment so we know how to gain access to your home. Your home will be locked when the cleaner leaves.
Do I have to be home while you clean?
You do not have to be home as long as your cleaner has proper directions for entering and exiting your home. Please inform us of these instructions when booking your appointment.
Will the same cleaner show up for all my appointments?
If you're happy with your cleaner, we're happy to send them to all of your appointments. You just have to contact us and we'll make it happen!
Can I book a cleaning job over the phone?
Yes, absolutely! Give us a call at and we will set you up with a great home or office cleaning quote immediately.
How do I schedule a cleaning or quote?

We service from Redcliffe to North Lakes, Moreton Bay through to Brisbane. Feel welcome to contact our office for more specific enquiries. We serve all areas usually within 50 klm distance of Redcliffe.

Are you insured?
Yes, Redcliffe Peninsula Cleaning Services is insured and we understand that it is a privilege to be in your home or office, and we are always careful. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours.
Are you a pet friendly service?
Yes! At Redcliffe Cleaning we LOVE pets. All of our cleaners are trained to correctly deal with your furry family member.

Absolutely. All of Redcliffe Peninsula Cleaning Professionals are highly trained, background and reference checked, as well as insured.
Recurring Customers & Pensioners
Do I get a discount if I'm a frequent customer or pensioner?
Yes, customers who sign up for any of our recurring cleaning services are entitled to significant discounts. For weekly service we have a 15% discount, for fortnightly service we have a 10% discount, and services every four weeks (monthly) get a 5% discount. PLEASE NOTE: The discount is not applicable until the 2nd cleaning.
How often should Redcliffe Peninsula clean my home or business?
Most of our customers differ in their individual needs, so it is difficult to provide specific time frames. Typically, our customers schedule an initial detailed cleaning of their home followed by a weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleaning appointment. By following this model, you can rest assured that your home and office are always clean and in top shape.
Cleaning Supplies
Do Redcliffe Peninsula cleaners bring all necessary cleaning supplies to get the job done?
We bring all required products to give your home or office a great clean, If you'd like us to use a specific product, please let us know and leave it out for the cleaner to use.
Do you bring green cleaning supplies?
We can do 100% green cleaning. Simply request it and we’ll assign a green-cleaning plan at no additional charge. (Please note this requires time cleaning flexibility)
Billing and Fee's
What is your minimum number of hours for hire?
Our minimum appointment is (3) three hours.
How much does it cost to clean my home?
Redcliffe Peninsula pricing is based on the size of your home and the desired level of service. We operate on a flat rate basis given the number of bedrooms, and we also offer hourly services. Please see our price rates on our Pricing page.
What if I want a cleaner by the hour?
If you would like to forgo our standard pricing and hire a cleaner at a HOURLY rate, we can provide this at a starting cost of $27/hour.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and direct debit and cheques by prior arrangement at this time.
What is your cancellation policy?
You are free to cancel your service at any time. However, we have a $40 CANCELLATION FEE which is charged if you cancel without giving 48 hrs notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
What if I need to Reschedule?
You are free to reschedule your service at any time but we do ask for 24 hrs notice to arrange our cleaners and schedules or a fee for traveling will apply.
Services
What does a Deep Clean include?
The Deep Clean service is a comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning. We recommend a deep cleaning if you have not had your apartment or home professionally cleaned within the past 3 months.
It does not include cleaning skirting boards, closets, interior windows, interior walls, inside the oven, inside the cabinets all of which are available at a reasonably priced additional cost.
What is end of lease and bond cleaning?
We all know moving is stressful. Combine that with all the boxes that need to be packed, furniture moved, and a long list of other preparations can be extremely time consuming. Our end of lease/bond cleanings are designed to prepare a home for a new tenant.
Please note that the end of lease/bond cleaning includes cleaning kitchen, inside of the oven, insides of the cabinets,
skirting boards, closets, interior windows, bathroom, toilets, bedrooms and laundry.
